Happy New Year and Welcome to 2018 from all of us in the Phase team.

A new month means only one thing a new wellbeing challenge.

January often makes us think about the year ahead and new beginnings. New Year's resolutions are often filled with a pledge to diet, exercise or some variation/ combination of the two. The proof of this is the spike in gym memberships taken out in January of which only 12% stay past the first 24 weeks.

So with that being said for the next 30 days your challenge is to give up meat. Become a vegetarian or vegan for January.

As always its a challenge NOT a competition. Try to take part for as little or as much as you feel you can handle.
