Train the trainer!

In the past 18-months Phase has taken incredible leaps forward in our knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by young people that is attacking their wellbeing as well as key ways to grow and improve this – emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.

As Phase develops our thinking and knowledge we have had some exciting opportunities to share this with school staff through CPD (continuous professional development) training sessions.

For all of us at Phase this poses a very exciting opportunity, as a small team we have a finite capacity, so being able to share what works, how to support young people and what we can do in our own lives with hundreds of teachers and school staff means we can have an even greater impact.

For me personally, this step forward is a step of faith as we look to sow these thoughts and ideas into others so that a larger harvest can be reaped.

Phase is still completely committed to serving Hitchin schools and young people and this opportunity of delivering CPD to schools both in our area and beyond means that our work can have a larger reach and change more young people’s lives.
As Proverbs 4:6 says: Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you.Love her, and she will guard you.
