As we all come out of lockdown and begin to rebuild a sense of normality, routine and restore our lives, it is important to remember that each one of us will have been impacted by COVID-19 in many different ways. Our wellbeing, our mental, emotional and physical health will have been impacted.

Renew is a series of short development sessions that you can do when and how best suits you. It has three key parts:

  • Theme: an overview of a key aspect that can help renew and restore you and others to develop your mental health and wellbeing.
  • Engage: key content to engage with such as a video, blog or something else to explore the theme which builds knowledge and understanding that can equip you and others.
  • Practice: ┬áSome easy to apply and use practices to help you develop the tools and skills needed to renew you.

Each session should take no more that 30 minutes and we have created a specific webpage for each one to make it easier to focus, engage and renew, just click on the links below.
