Hello and welcome to June, that means it’s time for another wellbeing challenge. This month it's mindfulness.
1st - Start and end each day with some meditation. Whether that is meditating on scripture, or using a guided meditation app, it’s your choice.
2nd - Each day pick a routine task and try to be more present during the activity, use the following 5 senses questions to help you direct your thoughts.
Make a note of the things you notice and are more aware of as a result.

What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is about paying attention to the present moment. It’s about noticing your thoughts, feelings and the world around you. Have you ever heard the phrase ‘stop and smell the roses’, well it’s about taking time out to slow down and appreciate the beauty of life. Funny thing is you can actually go outside and do that, or apply it to everyday tasks – this is being mindful.
